Meet Ken Lawrence
Our experienced founder.
Ken has over a decade of experience in the employee engagement and equity industries. After being a community and economic development advisor in the Peace Corps, he was a nonprofit leader where he worked with hundreds of entry-level employees, training in their managers and mentors. He also facilitated engagement and equity workshops at the organization-level.

Ken then moved to conducting individual and cohort leadership development programs both at the manager and C-Suite levels.
Ken further honed his expertise by completing an employee engagement and inclusive leadership program through Cornell University.

Through it all, Ken has continuously seen the need to better meet individual managers where they're at to seamlessly develop and implement effective management practices at scale. Enter UpAll.
